This calculator is to help with "what-if" calculations, related to GPA. The intention is to help students reason about GPA for academic standing and financial aid.

What-If Grades

Now enter the units from up to eight courses that are either in-progress, hypothetical repeats, or credits to be transferred from another institution. Be sure to use semester GPA credits (1 credit per quarter is 2/3 credits per semester). For example, if you are transferring a 3 credit course from an institution on the quarter system, this is 2 credits on the semester system.
